      We all know that in order to lose weight, it is essential to control one's eating habits.  In the past, to our detriment, the emphasis has been on limiting fat consumption and reducing the number of calories.

These types of exercises help you lose weight and increase muscle mass and energy while improving lymphatic circulation.

      Several studies have shown that vitamin and mineral supplements help boost fat loss.  In a study published in the prestigious medical journal International Journal of Obesity, researchers reported that obese individuals who took a multivitamin and mineral supplement lost more weight than a control group that didn't take the supplement.  An additional benefit was that the group taking the supplement reported feeling more energetic.
