Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Lemon bioflavanoids 400 mg

N-acetyl glucosamine 125 mg

Zinc (citrate) 12.5 mg

Vitamin A (acetate) 2,500 IU

Capsule shell: Vegetarian gelatin and water.

Effects

DC 53's unique blend aims to support and help repair epithelial tissues.

These tissues form the skin, the mucosae (digestive, urogenital and respiratory) and the interiors of the blood vessels (arteries and veins).

Bioflavinoids, which are members of the vitamin C family, help repair and strengthen the blood vessels.

N-acetyl glucosamine is a substance that is required for cartilage formation. More specifically, it promotes the repair of epithelial cells (mucosae and skin), as well as veins and arteries.

Zinc and vitamin A are well documented for helping to reduce inflammation and repair epithelial cells.

Indications

Circulatory problems (e.g., frequent ecchymoses, hemorrhoids, phlebitis or varicose veins). May be taken in conjunction with DC 51.

Skin problems (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, couperose or rosacae). May be taken in conjunction with DC 31.

Gastro-intestinal problems (e.g., colitis, irritable bowel syndrome or Crohn's disease). May be taken in conjunction with DC 16 and DC 35.

For problems related to the urogenital mucosae (e.g. cystitis or vaginitis), it may be used in conjunction with DC 13.

Warning / Notes

Not to be used in the case of a shellfish allergy.
