Pregnancy
Description
Pregnancy of course is not a disorder. It is a normal physiological process, during which a woman's living offspring develops within her body, lasting from conception until the baby can survive outside the womb. A woman in this state is said to be pregnant or gravid.
Since pregnancy is not a disease, we will only mention supplements that have been clearly shown to have a positive impact, but which are not yet recommended by most doctors.
Dietary Considerations
Avoid milk (yogurt and cheese are excellent, provided you don't have a food intolerance). Eat vegetable and animal protein at every meal. Avoid alcohol and don't drink more than 200 ml of coffee per day. Keep your consumption of refined sugars to a minimum. Avoid soft drinks entirely.
