Nuts – Advantages
In a preceding text, I mentioned a recent study that showed that individuals who consumed nuts daily had a reduced mortality rate. Interestingly, nuts are one of the foods that contain the most magnesium. Indeed, 100 grams of nuts supply on average 534mg of magnesium versus 79mg and 19mg respectively for spinach and dairy. Black chocolate, by the way, can contain as much as 327mg per 100 grams!
