      Physical exercise and ADHD

      A study published this year in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports and Exercise has shown that daily physical exercise helps children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Increasingly sedentary lifestyles and the consequent reduction of physical activity can therefore explain, at least in part, the increase in the number of cases of ADHD. Throw out the video games - it’s time to go play outside!
